🎉 Ground has officially been broken at Creekside Flats!

Yesterday, our team joined Archway Communities, Shopworks Architecture, and project partners to celebrate the start of a community that will make a lasting impact in Denver.

When complete, Creekside Flats will provide affordable, transit-oriented housing for individuals and families earning between 30% and 80% AMI. The four-story community will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes along with spaces designed to bring residents together—including a community kitchen, kids' reading corner, lounge and pantry space, multi-purpose meeting rooms, and an outdoor courtyard.

We're proud to be partnering with Archway Communities and Shopworks Architecture to help bring 141,576 square feet of housing, connection, and opportunity to the community.

Yesterday, we joined Grovewood Community Development to celebrate the groundbreaking of The Stables Phase 1—an exciting milestone for this affordable housing community coming soon to Aurora, CO.

Rising from a historic horse boarding site, the project will deliver 85 affordable family homes while honoring the property’s heritage through rustic design elements. As we kicked off this meaningful build, we were grateful to hear remarks from several speakers, including Grovewood CEO Jo Ellen Davidson and Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman.

Designed by Shopworks Architecture, Calcon is proud to support Grovewood’s vision and is already underway with foundation work. Our team is excited about bringing this project to life!
