Precision Contractors has been awarded another 7 Brew Coffee project, this time in the Town of Parker, Colorado. The new Parker location continues Precision’s growing relationship with 7 Brew and builds on our recent award of another brand location in Littleton, Colorado.

Precision’s experience with drive-thru coffee, QSR, and retail construction means our team has already developed a deep understanding of what these projects take. These buildings may have a small footprint, but the sites must be highly coordinated. Traffic flow, utilities, paving, inspections, and brand requirements all have to work together.

The Parker 7 Brew project also reflects the kind of role Precision plays early in the process. Our team has the biggest impact on a project when we get involved as a practical construction resource for the design team, helping to understand project goals, offering constructability recommendations, and supporting decisions that can protect schedule and budget as the work moves into the field.

Precision Contractors has been awarded a new modular 7 Brew Coffee project in Littleton, Colorado.

The project marks the start of a new client relationship with 7 Brew and adds to Precision's portfolio of retail and QSR work.

We are excited to support this fast-growing drive-thru coffee brand and bring another retail project to life in the Denver metro area. The Littleton 7 Brew location is a great fit for the comprehensive retail work Precision has built for clients over the years.

The scope includes full site redevelopment, including demolition of the existing Freddy’s building to prepare the property for the new 7 Brew location.

7 Brew is a great example of modular delivery done right. When the site work, utilities, building package, inspections, schedule, and field handoffs are coordinated early, the project can capture the schedule and cost benefits that make modular construction a valuable delivery method.

Early coordination is where Precision can make a real difference. Our preconstruction and project management teams oversee the factory-built scope, site work, permitting, and inspections to set the stage for a successful module set.
