Walking into this tented reception at Flying Diamond Ranch, you’d almost forget you were in a mountain valley. The goal wasn’t just a "tented wedding"- By Bello Events created a fully immersive, elevated ballroom experience that felt like a warm, cozy living room.

When it comes to the guest experience, the secret is in the details that encourage people to stay a while. Our Louis Chairs were the perfect choice for this dining moment; their classic silhouette and cushioned comfort were designed for guests to linger at the tables just a little longer.

From the cozy residential feel to the high-end dining rows, this day was all about creating a space guests never wanted to leave. 🥂

When we say we go the extra mile, we usually mean it literally—this time, all the way to the mountaintop. ⛰️✨

For this rehearsal dinner at The Broadmoor , we brought the venue to the peak. Our clear-top tent acted as a seamless window to the wilderness, offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the Rockies. It created the ultimate indoor-outdoor sanctuary, a space that felt like a sophisticated, cozy living room perched high in the clouds.

The design by Pop Parties transformed the interior into an intimate, high-end restaurant experience. With the mountain peaks as the backdrop and the comfort of a curated lounge inside, it was the perfect place to watch the sun dip below the horizon.

It’s not every day you get to build a masterpiece on a mountain, and we’re still dreaming about this one.
