DS Racing

Second race of the season and the first weekend of racing with Adirondack Cross Country this season.
Conditions kept changing throughout the day, and the racing brought plenty of challenges, including a red flag and restart with staggered starts in Semi Pro Open, making final finishing positions unclear for that class.

Results on the weekend:
In Semi Pro Open, Kyle and Ernie battled through a tough race, with finishing positions TBD following the restart.

In the SOO, Kyle took 1st and Ernie followed with a strong 2nd.

In Semi Pro Stock, the race was red flagged after Lap 1 due to unsafe conditions and was unable to restart due to time of day. Ernie and Kyle were both fast in the beginning of the race and will continue that momentum into the next race.

Gene competed in both Sport Open and Sport Improved, earning 3rd place finishes in both classes after solid rides all weekend.

Overall, it was a productive weekend for the team— finding speed and getting laps in as the season continues. Huge thank you to the Adirondack Cross Country Race Series crew and Ken Murphy for all the hard work putting on a great race.
