Live drummers play the rhythms while we practice traditional steps with choreographic embellishments. Great community, full-body workout and FUN! Beginners always welcome.

Our fundraiser class for Adena Murrey raised $600!! Thank you everyone for turning up and donating extra and donating even when you couldn’t be there in person. I knew I was having fun during class but when I reviewed our videos, there was so much LAUGHTER! This is what we needed today- for ourselves, for Adena and for her mom Diane.
