The Oceanside Townhomes project represents the kind of visionary, client-focused design process that defines Kuhlman Scott Architects. Each unit was designed as a single floor that could be efficiently assembled on-site, featuring a combination of two- and three-story residences. The design included indoor parking and outdoor roof terraces with views over Oceanside, positioned conveniently next to the transit center.
