Remember how easy it is to speak harshly to one another. Let us consider using our inner strength and commit to the practice of speaking with compassion. The Yogi's tell us to practice speaking in a way that requires great effort. This effort not only creates a bit of good karma for ourselves, but we are also smashing links in our chain of negative karma. The rub is that you cannot do these actions with this in mind.
