The projected financials on our Ocean Beach project. What I like about this deal is that is shows that building green can be both cost-effective and profitable. For example, using steel studs vs. lumber means that we get houses that are stronger, more resilient to fire, and extremely environmentally friendly. A nice win/win for everyone.
