Active Minds EC

Active Minds at Elmhurst College creates a comfortable environment for an open discussion about mental health issues on campuses nationwide. We strive to achieve this by empowering students to speak openly about mental health by removing the stigma that surrounds mental health issues, educating the campus by providing information about heath and wellness, encouraging help-seeking through available resources, and engaging the Elmhurst Community by hosting events that further our mission.
