Welcoming June: A Month of Vital Awareness
Welcome to June. Today marks the kickoff of several major awareness initiatives: LGBTQIA+ Pride Month, Men’s Mental Health Month, PTSD Awareness Month, and Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month. Today is also World Narcissistic Abuse Awareness Day and National Say Something Nice Day. Mental health care is not one-size-fits-all. Throughout this month, we will be sharing resources, clinical insights, and strategies to support the diverse needs of our community.
