When tackling big goals and projects, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by how far you have to go. But having a planning mindset can make achieving your goals feel much more manageable.
Here are 3 tips for developing a planning mindset:
1️⃣ Begin with the end in mind. 🎯 Envision the end result you want to achieve so you have a target to work towards.
2️⃣Chunk it out! 📝 Break your goal down into smaller, more achievable steps and milestones.
3️⃣Build your timeline. 🗓 Map out the order of your steps and assign deadlines to stay on track.
Don't focus on the outcome! That makes the gap between now and the finish line seem MUCH larger than it is!
Change your focus to the first step you need to take. When you shrink the gap, the task becomes easier!

💤 Sleep is critical for everyone and MUST be prioritized! According to Dr. Art Markman, Psychologist, "Students who study late at night tend to get worse grades than those who study [earlier in the day] or in the evening." 😴
Therefore, let’s remember that a good night's sleep is not only essential for students but for all of us. Quality rest improves our cognitive function, mood, and overall well-being. So, don't burn the midnight oil too often! 🕰️
