The transition into 2025 has been full of fresh starts and exciting changes. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, we believe that just like nature, our bodies go through cycles of change—and acupuncture helps keep our energy flowing smoothly through it all. Whether it’s a new job, lifestyle shift, or a new home, staying balanced and grounded is key.

On a personal note, I’m beyond excited (and grateful!) to share that my husband and I purchased our first home. It hasn’t been without its challenges, but every step has been worth it.
