ProSync is honored to be the recipient of the 2021 Baltimore Sun Top Workplaces award. This award is a major milestone in the company’s history, and it goes without saying that what makes ProSync so successful and a great place to work is the shared responsibility the individuals within our employee-owned company hold for building a culture of success throughout our organization.

During a year that has presented many new and unique challenges, the dedicated teams we have at ProSync have been able to meet them with an attitude and steadfast belief that we can strategically build success by embracing the changes required to meet those challenges head-on.

As a recent paper from the Stanford Social Innovation Review distinguishes, “Culture persists only because people act in ways that uphold its principles and codes.”

Our culture is within our values, goals, attitudes, practices, and decisions. There we find our company’s DNA as a workplace characterized by shared success. It is in that recognition of the steadfast commitment and dedication of our employees in building a great place to work that we may humbly receive this award.

October 13 marks the birthday of the U.S. Navy, which traces its roots back to the early days of the American Revolution.

On October 13, 1775, the Continental Congress established a naval force, hoping that a small fleet of privateers could attack British commerce and offset British sea power.
