Supporting Governor Moore’s commitment to affordable housing, DGS has issued an offering to redevelop the state-owned property at 2100 Guilford Avenue in Baltimore.
By offering this vacant building for housing and mixed-use redevelopment, DGS is advancing the administration’s initiative to increase housing production and put underutilized state assets back to work for Maryland communities. DGS will oversee the proposal review process and continue engaging community partners and stakeholders throughout the redevelopment process.
