Chicken processing week also means broth week. Did you know 1 broth(carcass)bag yields 14 quarts of wonderful nutritious bone broth? Plus you get all that wonderful meat from the bones that can be used in your favorite recipes like stew, dumplings, chicken pot pies, chicken enchiladas, tacos. I chose to can the chicken for later use.

Woke up to hundreds of new plants dumped all over the porch, yard that were being hardened off for planting, that were started from seed in Feb 💔
