We are thrilled to announce that the City of Elk Grove has been awarded a $680,000 Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant from Caltrans! 🎉
This grant is a major milestone for our community, as it will enable us to create a comprehensive plan to collect and analyze traffic safety data, setting the stage for safer streets for all of us. 🚦📊 But that's not all! This plan will also include robust community outreach efforts, ensuring that your voices and concerns are heard and addressed. Together, we're committed to making Elk Grove a safer place to live, work, and play. 🤝🏡
And here's the cherry on top: Having a comprehensive plan like this in place will position our city favorably for future funding opportunities to bring even more safety-related projects to life! 🌆💰

Uncorked and Uncapped is happening in Old Town Elk Grove this evening starting at 6:00! Sip and savor local wine and beer on Main Street with friends and family at Uncorked & Uncapped!

The 11th annual Elk Grove Multicultural Festival will showcase the many cultures that make up our beautiful community through entertainment, dance, music, food, fashion, art and more. Come early and join our Parasol Parade where you and your family can walk with the parade to kick-off Opening Ceremonies. Check out the 2 stages of entertainment including a diverse cultural display of dance and music, visit the Art Show and marvel at local creations, grab a bite to eat in our International Food Court, visit and shop the more than 60+ vendors at the festival, leave your mark on a community mural and so much more!
