Walk With A Doc

While we may be unable to walk as a group this weekend, our fearless leader is using every opportunity get her steps in!

Given the current concerns raised by COVID 19 in our community and around the country, we are suspending Walk With a Doc until further notice. This means the Walk scheduled for this coming Saturday is CANCELED.

While we hope you are all still getting out there and walking individually, we want to avoid creating large gatherings as local public health officials work to limit the spread of the virus.

If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to me. Hand washing and staying home if you are ill are still the key ways to stop the spread of COVID 19, just as they have been key in limiting the spread of other illnesses, such as influenza. The CDC and Sacramento Dept of Public Health are the best places to go for up to day information on COVID 19.
