Help our target populations improve their educational level and develop the occupational and employability skills (work maturity skills) they require to secure a job with our employer-partners, to remain employed and ultimately, to reach self-sufficiency.. Objectives:

Accurately assess participant's employment goals, educational level and transferable skills, using the Comprehensive Assessment and Standardized Tests recognized by NJ Deptartment of Labor and Workforce Development, such as, BEST (ESL) or TABE Test (ABE) to identify and address gaps. Provide high quality training that utilizes cutting edge technology, innovative learner-driven teaching strategies, and is based on up-to-date Curriculum Competencies and Standards, such as EFF Standards and High Demand Skills, that meet the requirements and needs of our employer-partners. Measure each participant's progress and outcomes effectively, using technology, assessment tools, weekly progress notes and reports. Goal:
Help our successfully employed participants retain employment and continue to improve as productive, self-reliant employees, moving along a career path in high demand occupations to self sufficiency. Objectives:
Provide them with job coaching and supported work services to address barriers or concerns that arise during the early stages of their employment. Encourage them to use post-employment services (child care, career voucher, etc.), Workforce Advantage facilities, computer labs and other training programs.
