UCNJ Industry-Business Institute — proving that learning can be pretty sweet!

The Industry-Business Institute (IBI) recently partnered with NATC Donuts to deliver supervisory training for their team. Employees explored their leadership styles, built strategies for transitioning into supervisory roles, and gained tools to effectively manage organizational change. Another great example of empowering employees through high-impact, real-world training.

Two recent Allied Health program completers—one Patient Care Technician (PCT) and one Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) —are already taking their next step! After finishing their programs, they’ve signed up for summer classes at UCNJ to begin their journey toward a college degree. From hands-on clinical skills to higher education, their momentum continues—and we’re proud to be part of their path forward. -CMAGoals
