I can still feel his huge “hockey hands” as we called them, holding mine, twirling me on the wooden dance floor under the white tent in the crisp Vermont air. His moves were definitely a step up than this hippy dancer could grove with 🤣

9 years since your Soul retuned back home. 9 years of feeling grief and what it truly means to live life without you. The highs the lows, the similarities I see in my son that remind me of you, the signs I receive from you, all of it a journey for my soul to move through and to continue to witness life through a lens of curiosity, awe, and unconditional love.

My dad always had the best intentions for me and my sisters- affording us opportunities to experience life and above anything my dad taught me to explore every opportunity, to have fun, grow and learn and get in the left lane and go 🏒

Who is ready for some Reiki?!

Last week Mother Nature had other plans for us so the raincheck is your gain!

Instead of gathering indoors, we’re being called to meet by the ocean at York Harbor Beach on Sunday, June 7th from 4 to 5:30 PM.

There’s just something about being near the water. It softens everything. Your body relaxes, your mind quiets, and your energy begins to settle in a way that feels effortless and deeply nourishing.

And honestly, how lucky are we to live so close to her energy?

This Reiki Share is going to be a really relaxed and open space. You can come exactly as you are. You’re welcome to receive, to give, or to simply rest and be held by the ocean and the energy of the group.

There’s nothing you need to do. Nothing you need to be. No expectations. Just space to reconnect, reset, and breathe.

You also do not need to be attuned to Reiki to join. If you’ve been curious about energy healing or just feel called to be in a space like this, you are so welcome here.

We’ll have a large tarp set up for everyone, and I recommend bringing a towel or anything that helps you feel comfortable.

This offering is in partnership with York Parks and Recreation, and I feel so grateful that we get to gather together in such a beautiful, natural space.
