In celebration of cider season we opened up a 4 yr old hard cider bottle from Jason’s handpicked wild apples with maple syrup batch.

These apples were pressed in our 1872 apple press. This was made when starting our little farm was just a dream!

We were all blown away by how good it was! This was by far the best bottle. It tasted like a good wine - soooo smooth, dry, no puckering finish… this recipe is a winner and will be made again.

We can’t wait for some apple pressing community get togethers in the near future 🍎😊
