GD is back for a 14th year!

We are thrilled to announce the return of Going Dutch in 2024 and a brand new paid opportunity for GD artists!

In 2024, the 14th year of Going Dutch, the project is moving from a short festival to a residency series to give GD artists the resources to build groundbreaking creative work and better connect the talents and voices of GD artists with Elgin area artists and audiences.
