How it works 👇🏻 🤍 gently squeeze each fingertip to stimulate the vagus nerve and reset the nervous system and then give a little squeeze up both arms. 🤍 lastly, give their shoulders a little squeeze and apply some pressure to the heart centre and encourage them to take a big deep breath!
