July 4th festivities alive and well in Elgin There is no need to leave Elgin this Fourth of July. Several free activities are planned, rain or shine.

The fireworks will start at approx. 9:15pm on the 4th of July.
Fireworks Viewing Locations: 132 S. Grove - Festival Park (admission fee)
OR Riverside Drive/Downtown Elgin (free)
