Congrats to everyone who just started their period. You are now one day pregnant. That’s how they measure fetal age.
Cycle day 1! Now more than ever, overstand the fertility cycle. ALL pregnancies happen between day 1 and ovulation, and when confirming a pregnancy, the age of the fetus is determined by the first day of the last menstrual period. Essentially we are all considered pregnant until we can avoid implantation. Teach the children young. And please don’t come for me over irregular cycles and variations.
