Sweet, beautiful Louis (now renamed “Friday” to celebrate the first day of his new life) was rescued from the Riverside CA shelter by Wolfie Rescue Foundation yesterday and is headed to Oregon! A HUGE thank you to Randee Goldman, Sarah Ngai, Beth Griswold, Brant Withers, and Mary Smeltzer, without which this would not have been possible!
Truly, it takes a village! ❤️

We bid a sad and loving farewell to little Pippin Monday night.

We rescued him from the Moreno Valley shellter euthanasia list with the help of our good friend Randee Goldman of Lhasa Happy Homes 3.5 years ago. At that time he was estimated at nearly 15 years old. This adorable one-eyed, toothless little fellow has been one of our most cherished children and up until the day before he left us, was energetic and happy.

In the end, his poor little heart gave out and he closed his eyes in the arms of his most devoted fan, Vanessa, one of our wonderful front desk managers. We will never forget this precious little soul and are grateful to have been blessed with his presence.

Adorable tiny Bonsai, who we rescued and rehomed last year, has lost her home again when her new mom sadly passed away last month.

Bonsai is a perfect little companion: a lapsize cuddlebug who loves EVERYBODY! Her whole body wags when you talk to her and she is absolutely irresistable.
