U. S. Space Force successfully launches additional Tranche 1 satellites, expands Prolifera 07/17/2026

They’ve done it again! Our System Delta 80, their NSSL program team, and Space Launch Delta 30 delivered another successful launch, this time on behalf of the Space Development Agency’s (SDA) Tranche 1 Transport Layer-E (T1TL-E) mission aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 from Vandenberg SFB.

This mission highlights the critical behind-the-scenes work of space lift and range control. By leading the launch campaign and providing rigorous independent mission assurance, the NSSL team ensured the safe, precise delivery of 21 SDA data transport satellites into Low Earth Orbit (LEO).

Without resilient launch and test infrastructure, advanced capabilities remain grounded. Today's success proves our continued ability to deliver capabilities to the space domain at speed.

"We look forward to continuing our close partnership to deliver additional Tranche 1 and 2 missions for SDA over the next two years as part of NSSL’s continued delivery of responsive and reliable launch for our Nation."— Col. Ryan Hiserote, Commander, SSC SYD 80
