Well say it louder for the kids in the back… all paces welcome at South Bay Runners Club all the time. If your doesn’t offer a track nite, check out ours. We meet at Manhattan Beach’s Mira Costa High School every Tuesday evening at 7pm to walk, run, and do the work to improve our fitness and build community.
