An exciting luxury desert new build is underway in Scottsdale, Arizona. For this experienced developer, CV3 provided a $3.3 million Ground Up Construction loan at up to 85% LTC. To support the project, we also included 17 months of fully financed, non-interest-bearing interest reserves, totaling around $315,000, rolled directly into the loan. Because these reserves do not accrue additional interest, this reduces overall project costs and the developer can complete construction with no out-of-pocket loan payments during the build.
