Year # 9 of selling Oklahoma born, fed, raised and processed beef to the public

Whole, 1/2 OR 1/4 AVAILABLE
Beef will be ready for pickup or delivery Mid-January

Choose how you want it cut and packaged

Options include Ribeyes, T-Bones, Strip, Filet, Sirloin, Roasts, Brisket, Skirt, Flank and Ground and Pre-Made Patties

Packaged price is around $8.46 a lb depending on the cuts

Price is based on state certified scales using the hanging (carcass)weight at $5.64 a lb and includes processing and likely delivery, depending on where you are!

Estimate for a 1400 lb steer:

Whole $4,737 560 lbs take home beef depending on cuts

Half is $2,368 280 lbs take home beef depending on cuts

Quarter is $1,184. 140 lbs take home beef depending on cuts

Half of estimated price is required up front. Remainder of balance due when delivered or picked up from processor.

Did a little grocery shopping this week and checked beef prices, these are current prices THEN add 10% - it is a cost plus store

Current beef prices from us are $6.16 a lb ! No price gouging here ! Oklahoma born, raised and processed !

Available butcher dates are June 9th and July 6th. Multiple dates per month the rest of the year if you wanted to purchase again the 2nd half of the year.
***It takes 17 to 24 days after that date before it is ready***

Price is $3350 based on a live weight 1400 lb steer which produces around 544 lbs of packaged beef depending on your cuts you choose. (Examples of Bones or no bones, trimmed or not) = $6.16 per lb of packaged beef

That is ribeye, t-bone or strip and filet , sirloin steaks, ribs, flank/skirt, 90/10 lean ground beef , roasts and brisket that you choose the cuts and packaging. 1 or 2 lb ground or 1 or 2 steaks per package, how thick you want them cut - anything you do not want goes to ground.

That includes processing.

To compare that is around $4.11 per lb hanging weight WITH processing included

This is all average live weight...price goes up the larger the animal but you also get more meat and the price per take home package remains the same...smaller animal the over all price goes down.

Most steers are averaging 1400 to 1500 lbs but still have the occasional 1200 to 1300 lbs

Half is required within a week of butcher date .
