FlipFit Training
FlipFit Training is a local movement training business that has been serving clients in the El Paso area since 2014. We specialize in calisthenics, parkour, gymnastics, personal training, and more. Movement starts small, but with time and practice it can become quite impressive. Jumps turn into flips, planks into handstands, and ultimately you turn into a more well-oiled movement machine.

Your fitness needs a purpose
You use to love training in high school and couldn’t wait for game day to show off all your skills and hard work.
Yet now working out just feels empty…. So you skip the gym for the day, that day becomes a week and before you know it it’s been years since you’ve even broken a sweat those jeans don’t quit fit any more and your body feels like it’s Been hit by a freight train 🚂
After high school a lot people fall off their training. I was no different after gymnastics was over working out had no purpose…. I found myself skipping sessions more than ever! That why I am so thankful for the crew for putting on these races. Now that their is a stage to compete on training is more fun than ever!
Having an event or goal to keep you accountable to your training is key for success in the gym! It doesn’t have to be a crazy enduro mountain bike race. Everyone is different… Try sign up for a 5k walk, a spartan race, or join a city team or running group.
You do you boo
But make sure you have a purpose for your training.
If not you’ll fall off the second things get difficult 😥
I’ll let you in on a secret 🤫
working out 🏋️♀️
taking care of your mobility 🙆♂️🙆♀️
Eating right 🥗🍗🍓🥑🌶🥥
is pretty damn hard nowadays 🤣
so you’re going to need it!

You know you have to get up early in the morning if you’re going to make it to the gym, yet your “friends” won’t stop calling to invite you out for a wild night on the town…
Now I am not saying you can’t go out for a night on the town…. But We have all heard it before……
You are the average of the 5 people you hang out with the most!
I actually worked at a bar (maybe month lol)
I naturally made friends with my co-workers
Before I knew it hanging out till the sun came out was a daily thing.
Which lead too sleeping most of the day so I could serve the next night.
Which lead to eating more fast food
You see habits build off each other
GOOD OR BAD
Meaning…….
If you want to give an active and healthy lifestyle you need to surround yourself with people that are living that life already.
Finding the right group of people can be a huge help to keeping you motivated when you’re
Just not feeling it!
Plus if they have been living an active lifestyle already they will already have connects and events that make moving and being active fun.
Limiting your time with those Crabs that are trying to hold you back will defiantly speed up your progress. This is why I do my best to surround my self with a crew of winners
You too can find a group of people with the same goals. Social media is an amazing resource and if you’re looking to REALLY make progress and achieve your fitness goals (or any goals for that matter) you’ll have to do more than “just workout and try and eat better. Environment is key
