Client: Clayton & Sandra | Session Type: Engagement Portraits | Location: White Sands

White Sands has long been a favorite location for clients to get their portraits taken—a breathtaking location for any occasion. And to local El Pasoans and New Mexicans, it is a cherished location full of memories. Clayton and Sandra were in the area visiting and had visited White Sands, and knew they wanted to get their engagement portraits taken there. But with little time (as they were living the next day), they had to rush to find a photographer. Letting me know this information, they became one of my most memorable clients as I agreed to take their portraits without meeting them and rushed out to White Sands the next day.

Every session has a story behind it for both the clients and the photographer. I stress to every client not to worry about the weather (unless it’s truly terrible) and to just go with the flow. White Sands is known to be a colder (as the sun goes down) and brighter location. It’s also a breezy location. But it is my job to make it work for you. So, let’s get together! Client: Patric & Marissa | Session Type: Maternity Portraits | Location: Las Cruces

It is always an excellent memory for expecting parents to get maternity photos taken. I advise waiting until month 7-8 to show the expected newborn. But that does not always have to be the case. Sometimes clients may prefer a lush green backdrop or a cooler tone. Do what you feel is right, but always be aware that newborns do not always follow the rules of due dates.

Most people don’t realize this! Senior and graduate portraits have changed in modern-day photography. The days of going to a studio are, for the most part, gone. Not only can you get your senior and graduate portraits done with your cap and gown, but we can also easily switch to traditional portraits of you all dressed up. These portraits are a fantastic way to remember yourself at this very moment as both a Senior or Graduate, or at your current age, and reflect on them.

So, to all my current Seniors and Graduates, do not wait! Get your portraits done now by booking a session with me. I promise you it will be awkward turned fun (p.s. that is another thing most photographers won’t tell you!)!

Here's the truth about why you do not hear or see me post on here. I went back to school at the start of Summer 2023. And since then, I have graduated with my master's degree in information technology back in April of 2025! I originally got my bachelor's degree in art. But I decided to make a pivot after finding an interest in technology.

But I do miss photography. And right now, it's a great time to pick up my camera and get back to it as a hobby. That is why I am reopening portrait sessions Sunday through Friday. Nothing out of the ordinary has changed. I still value your photographs and take extra care of them. I no longer (at least at the moment) have a website. I rely solely on Instagram and Facebook for this. And of course, I am open to pets joining your sessions. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and open to your questions and collaborations.

I am excited to pick up my camera and meet you all again. Prices will be posted soon. All I ask is that you do not let the prices scare you! Photographs are a keepsake to pass down to your family and friends and remember you, your family, friends, and loved ones at this moment in time for years to come.
