A little behind on sharing, but here’s a piece of my journey. 💚

I started my sourdough journey in August 2025, simply wanting to learn something new. Since then, I’ve been baking my own bread from scratch, falling in love with both the art and the science behind sourdough.

In November, I had the opportunity to take a sourdough class, and it only deepened my appreciation for the craft. Such a wonderful experience!

Life has been full these past few months—moving into my new home, getting settled, and finding my rhythm again—so social media has definitely taken a back seat. But I’m so grateful for this season and for the opportunity to keep learning, creating, and growing.

There’s something special about slowing down, feeding a starter, working the dough with your hands, and watching God transform simple ingredients into something nourishing. A beautiful reminder that growth takes time, patience, and faithful consistency.
