Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI):

UPDATE

On December 26, the Fifth Circuit Court temporarily halted the Beneficial Ownership reporting requirements for businesses. The court will hear arguments on March 25 to decide whether to extend the injunction. Unless the federal government appeals to the Supreme Court and the court intervenes, the injunction will remain in place until at least March 2025.
