The Financial Readiness Program (FRP) and Consumer Advocacy Service are available at Fort Bliss Army Community Service (ACS). The ACS FRP offers education, counseling and support services to assist active and retired Soldiers, their Families, and DA civilians w
ith their financial affairs. The FRP services are geared toward building financial resiliency, living within means, and financial planning for the future. Our mission is to reduce indebtedness, prevent financial vulnerability, increase knowledge on personal finance, and to build wealth and financial resiliency through an array of personal finance classes and one on one counseling. FRP works with Army Emergency Relief (AER) to ensure emergency assistance is available to meet a valid financial need. Welcome to the official Fort Bliss Financial Readiness Program page!
