Slow smoked over hickory...blanched in BBQ sauce and slowly baked in our ovens for ooey gooeyness...all of our side dishes are home made daily and include cinammony,chunky applesauce, just like grandma made potato salad, everything but the kitchen sink BBQ baked beans and our signature sweet and sour cole slaw...our BBQ sauce can best be described as sweet and tangy :0)

Today marks the end of a BBQ Legacy. We wish once again to thank everyone for the friendships, love and support. Now get on up to Red'z for the last day of BBQ, it's going fast.
