Our beginner/intermediate class working on tighter handstands this week! We videoed their first attempt, showed them their mistakes and let them show us their next attempt and they were working soo hard to make the corrections!

🎉🤸♀️ YAY!! We’re back to classes this week! We can’t wait to see all of our SJ Acro Fit athletes back in the gym! 💜
