🟣TABATA: 5:10 pm Thur Jan. 22

🟠MORNING FIT: this is a cardio and toning class, great for all skill levels! (upstairs classroom)
🟢GYM/MACHINE MEET UP: this will be DOWNSTAIRS. A great opportunity to learn more about the machines/equipment and find some workout buddies!
🟣TABATA is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that involves alternating between 20 seconds of intense exercise and 10 seconds of rest.
