This is the script of my next video:
Human Perceptions of Time
This video is spilt into different five parts each explaining a different aspect of time.
All the different concepts of time will be explained by the same process of energy exchange.
Part one: Linear Time
I will start with Linear Time, the view that time only flows in a one direction from the past, and into the future and cannot be repeated.
This is easily explained as a continuous process of energy exchange formed by the spontaneous absorption and emission of light waves.
Because the Universe is never at absolute zero everything is continuously radiating light waves.
The concept of linear time is formed by the outward momentum of these light waves from each object forming the direction of time for that object or life form.
As process of energy exchange each object is in the centre of their own temporal reference frame with an Arrow of Time relative to the energy and momentum of their actions.
With a photon electron interaction between each action and reaction, between each cause and effect.
We can think of the Universe as a continuum of continuous change, continuous energy exchange.
Part Two: Time as a clock-based, measurement
We attempted to measure time from past, to future by linking it with this movement or change within the Universe. In it most advanced aspect this is in the form of atomic clocks with the absorption and emission on light waves.
This fits in perfectly with this Theory with the atoms of the periodic table representing standing waves in time with absorption and emission of light or electromagnetic waves forming the passage of time.
When this happens Photon energy transforms potential energy PE of what might happen into the kinetic Eₖ=½mv² energy of what is actually happening.
Therefore we have light as a wave with particle characteristics as causality unfolds with an uncertain ∆×∆pᵪ≥h/4π future coming into existence moment by moment, quantum by quantum.
At the smallest scale this is represented by the quantum wave particle function (ᴪ²) of quantum mechanics.
With the process being ‘relative’ to the energy and momentum of our actions with the Planck constant h/2π being a constant of action.
Part: 3 Time dilation and the curvature of spacetime
And this leads to part three and the time dilation and the curvature of spacetime that we find in Einstein’s Relativity.
This theory can explain quantum mechanics and Einstein’s Relativity as part of one process of energy exchange.
It does this by replacing the idea of a background clock that we have in quantum mechanics with a dynamic geometrical concept of time within three dimensional space.
It is an interactive process between quantised energy in the form of photons and EM waves.
The geometrical aspect of this process is based on Huygens’s Principle that light waves radiate out spherically. And that each point on the surface of the wavefront has the potential for a new spherical wave.
In this theory each point on the two dimensional surface has the potential for a photon electron interaction.
The spherical waves form the potential for spherical phase gradience’s. with the two dimensional surface of the wave front forming a dynamic manifold for the curvature of spacetime that we have in Relativity.
Einstein’s concept of ‘proper time’ exists within a temporal reference frame upon this phase space manifold.
We can think of time as emergent with an uncertain future coming into existence with each photon electron coupling or dipole moment upon the curvature of spacetime.
As part of an emergent geometrical process time slows within each temporal reference frame relative to its energy and momentum. This forms the concept of time dilation in Relativity.
In this theory, a planet and the Sun are two interactive phase structures. Each carries its own phase history and localized gradient.
As a process of spherical symmetry forming and breaking the planets break the spherical phased gradience of the Sun forming elliptical orbits relative to the energy and momentum of their actions.
The planet trades physical speed for internal clock speed depending on the thickness of the phase gradient it is crossing.
This is only logical because this is a variable mass theory based a geometric and temporal mechanism.
Matter is not created it is just a process of energy exchange relative to the local background phase space.
Mass and inertia are not static properties assigned to an object, because energy equals mass they vary with the energy and momentum of each object relative to the local phase background.
This dynamic spherical phase geometry also naturally forms Newton’s Inverse Square Law with the two dimensional manifold forming a phase gradient relative to the energy and momentum of each object.
Gravity is simply the continuous phase gradient interacting with quantized matter
Each object carries its phase structure with it. This forms Newton’s first law, an object in motion will continue in motion unless acted upon by an external phase gradient.
A perfect example of an object carrying it own phase structure is a gyroscope is zero gravity
Phase gradience are only meaningful relative to an external phase background. This naturally gives us Mach’s Principle: that “Local inertia depends on the rest of the Universe”
Part: 4 Cosmological Time
This naturally leads us on to part four and the concept of ‘cosmological time’ at the large scale of the Universe.
In this theory we have the same process at the large scale relative to plasma as we have at the small scale relative to the atoms.
This can be based on Conformal Geometry because in the form of plasma charge can cover a whole star or even a large area of interstellar space.
We have a process of spherical symmetry forming and breaking at the largest scale forming the cosmic web. with massive, empty cosmic voids formed by the interior of the spheres.
The two dimensional surface of the spheres forms a 2D manifold for positive and negative charge. The spherical symmetry breaking with the manifold twisting forming the filament like structure of the cosmic web.
The Holographic Principle is at play here with all the information contained within a volume of space mapped onto the 2D boundary surface surrounding that space.
When the spherical symmetry breaks it naturally forms the most beautiful geometrical shape the spiral.
This is why it is possible for us to have spiral galaxies from one edge of the visible Universe to the other.
It is because everything is based on one geometrical process.
We can picture the distribution of galaxies with a volume filled with soap bubbles. The galaxies form where the soap film is with voids represented by the middle of the bubbles.
The Universe uses the most simple geometrical shape, the sphere, to form complexity and diversity.
The problem main stream cosmology is that there is not enough time since the Big Bang for these large clusters of galaxy to form. Also some objects within the Universe seem to be older than actual Universe itself.
This theory over comes this by explaining the Big Bang, as just the beginning of our time line within an eternal infinite Universe.
The Low entropy at the Big Bang can represent spherical geometry, geometrically nothing has lower entropy that a sphere.
Standard cosmology requires the universe to have a beginning because it cannot explain where the redshifted energy goes. In this theory, the energy is recycled into the Universe":
The continuous energy lost by light waves into the intergalactic plasma doesn't vanish. It continuously warms the plasma background.
gravitational redshift is the exact same mechanism as speed-induced time dilation, just viewed from a static position within a steep phase gradient.
Light does not travel as a stream of photon particles. It is a continuous, unbroken EM wave expanding across the Universe. As the waves travel light-years, they naturally have a non-quantised interact with plasma losing energy and shifting to the red.
Light only behaves as a photon with particle characteristics at the exact moment of a localized interaction with an atom.
The smooth journey of light waves only turns into hard quantized steps when it strikes our electronic detectors.
This is why spectral lines look so sharp and distinct it is because they are formed by the atoms of our detectors.
The atoms are quantized gates that can only count in whole units of Planck's constant (h).
This gives each observer a unique position in time and three-dimensional space.
Because the observer is at the center of their own temporal reference frame quantum mechanically interacting with the EM background waves of the Universe.
We project our own quantised spherical grid onto the Universe, creating the observational illusion of concentric spherical shells of redshifted galaxies surrounding the observer.
As an emergent process of energy exchange, the position of the observer within the Universe make no difference. Wherever an observer is observing from they will be standing at the absolute center of the process of concentric spheres of time.
Being able to look back in time in every direction at the beauty of the stars.
In this theory the individual is not an insignificant minute observer, they are an integral interactive part of a universal process of energy exchange.
Part Five psychological time
This leads us on to part 5 explaining psychological time our subjective internal experience of time continuously passing moment by moment.
This theory explains consciousness as the most advanced part of a universal process of energy exchange.
Time, consciousness, and uncertainty arise from the same universal process of quantised energy exchange.
We have the same geometrical process at the large scale relative to stars and plasma, as we have relative to the atoms at the small scale.
Because the human brain is a physical structure that evolved out of this fundamental process, psychological time is quantised energy exchanges forming the electrical activity within the brain.
This forms the same time dilation, phase dynamics and holographic principle that we see at the large scale.
The human brain experiences a massive amount of quantum mechanical energy exchange forming electromagnetic activity. Trillions of extra photon-electron couplings or dipole moments interacting across an electromagnetic web of activity.
Forming time dilation anchoring conscious awareness in ‘the moment of now’ in the centre of its own reference frame.
This idea is also supported by light having momentum and momentum being frame dependent, therefore we can place each individual life form in the centre of their own temporal reference frame in the moment of now
This can give us the concept of ‘the individual mind’ with each one of us having our own personal view of the Universe. Being able to look back in time in every direction at the beauty of the stars.
With an uncertain probabilistic future unfolding moment by moment, quantum by quantum.
How your mind experiences time speeding up and slowing down is not an illusion. It is a real, physical process.
When you are bored doing a repetitive task, time seems to move slowly.
When you are deeply immersed in painting, writing, or creating art, time speeds up and hours pass by in what feels like minutes.
Also in this theory the oneness that is found in meditation is the unity of one process of energy exchange from the cells within us, to the stars above us!

The Mystery of Time
Could the mystery of time be explained by light being a spherical 4πr² wave?
This is based on Huygens’s Principle of 1670 that say light is a spherical wave with each point on the wave from having the potential for a new spherical wave.
Each point on the wave front represents a potential photon ∆E=hf electron interaction.
With light being an EM wave with particle characteristic as an uncertain ∆x∆pᵪ≥h/4π probabilistic future unfolds with each photon electron coupling or dipole moment.
At the smallest scale of this process this is seen as the quantum wave particle function ψ² continuously collapsing and reforming.
We have light waves radiating out in every direction with the interior of the sphere forming the characteristics of three-dimensional space.
This forms a potential time lines in every direction with every point on the surface of the wavefront forming the potential for a photon electron interaction or vibration.
Between every cause and effect, between every action and reaction light is an electromagnetic waves with photon or particle characteristics as an uncertain future unfolds.
This theory gives us a reason why so much is squared in the physics, like the charge of the electron is squared e². The speed of the process is squared, c² the speed of light. Velocity is squared v² as in the equation for kinetic Eₖ=½mv² energy. The wave particle function or probability function of quantum mechanics is squared ψ². Also natural time is squared t² in the work of Galileo with acceleration due to gravity. Distanced travelled is proportional to the square of elapsed time t². d=1/2 a t².
This geometry forms the potential for 1/r² with the Inverse Square Law of electromagnetic and gravitational fields. Spherical 4πr² geometry is key to this concept, formed by an electron sphere around the atomic nucleus and spherical light waves. The spherical 4πr² surface acts as a boundary condition or manifold for positive and negative charge. The movement of charge with the exchange of photon ∆E=hf energy interactions precede all observation, measurements and experiments. Between each action and reaction, between each cause and effect we have a photon electron coupling or dipole moment.
The wave function ψ² collapses with the absorption of the past and emission of a new probabilistic future forming the uncertainty ∆x∆pᵪ≥h/4π encountered in daily life. As a process of spherical 4πr² symmetry forming and breaking, this dynamic geometry forms entropy or disorganization with the potential for greater symmetry formation. The greater symmetry formation is in the form of the complex structures of the Universe and in the diversity of cell life.
At low temperature, we measure this process as a ‘period of time’ relative to the atoms or the Periodic Table. Within this process the Planck Constant h/2π is a minimum constant of action within a geometrical spherical 4πr² process that forms the characteristics of 3D space and continuum of time ∆E ∆t ≥ h/2π.
At higher temperature the same process is relative to plasma with charge be able to cover a large area of interstellar space. The theory is based on Conformal Geometry with the same geometrical process that forms the potential for cell life forming cellular space and the cosmic web on the interstellar scale. This process also forms the potential for ever-more abstract mathematics. I believe this is why it has been so difficult to formulate a Theory of Everything or Grand Unified Theory.

Why Fractal Self Similarities?
Some people see the Universe as a Fractal self similarity with fractals in many different forms and at all levels of creation. But nobody knows why. This theory puts forward an explanation in the form of spherical 4πr² symmetry forming and breaking. This is based on Huygens’s Principle of 1670 that say light is a spherical wave with each point on the wave from having the potential for a new spherical wave. Each point on the wave front represents a potential photon electron interaction. With light being an EM wave with particle characteristic as an uncertain probabilistic future unfolds with each photon electron coupling or dipole moment.
At the smallest scale of this process this is seen as the quantum wave particle function continuously collapsing and reforming. The spontaneous absorption and emission of light forms a repartition relative to the atoms of each object forming fractal self similarities as the future comes into existence quantum by quantum, moment by moment.
A good example of this geometrical process is the branches of a tree radiating out forming a Fractal self similarity. Within the process at each point of the fractal we find circular symmetry at right-angles to the growth of the fractal.
The circular geometry is formed by a two dimensional aspect of the spherical symmetry with the process unfolding on the two dimensional surface of the sphere. The circles represents the geometry of the time line formed by a repartition of energy exchange that is always at right-angles to the surface. With a photon electron interaction between ever cause and effect, between ever action and reaction. Forming an emergent future that is not totally uncertain, because it has a built in potential for spiral geometry and fractal self similarities.
