Today we’re celebrating 2 years with our incredible Assistant Broker, Danielle Kosmann!

Danielle has become so much more than just a leader in our brokerage. She is someone who consistently shows up for our agents with encouragement, patience, and genuine care for the people around her.

If you’ve spent even a few minutes with Danielle, you know exactly what we mean. She has a way of making everyone feel like they belong. She supports our agents, answers the late night questions, celebrates the wins, and walks alongside people through the tough moments, too. She makes sure no one ever feels like they’re navigating this business alone.

Around here, we often joke that she’s the “mom of the brokerage,” but honestly, it fits. Danielle is always putting others first, making sure our agents feel supported, encouraged, and taken care of.
