A large, prestigious law firm is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to join their team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

•Real Estate and Insurance Defense experience required
•Must have 2-5 years of legal experience working directly with a law firm
•Must have knowledge of federal and state court filing requirements
•Must be highly motivated, organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently
•Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with great interpersonal skills
•Must be computer savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Drafting and editing legal documents and correspondence
•Maintaining attorney(s) calendar
•Transcribing dictation
•Communicating with clients
•Maintaining and organizing all files
