With just 21 days until the election, it’s officially crunch time. Please consider attending tomorrow’s fundraiser for my friend Frank Pallotta, who is our Republican candidate for United States Congress.
We cannot afford another two years of rubber-stamped policies for the failed Biden administration.

The events of September 11th ultimately set me on a path to war. In my darkest trials, it was my faith in God that sustained me.
Today, my family and I pray for the repose of all those men and women whose lives were cut short by both our nation’s greatest tragedy, and by the subsequent wars we fought to prevent a future attack on our way of life. I ache for the families of our fallen as they relive their loss on this anniversary.
My children were born long after the towers collapsed. If we are not deliberate and responsible stewards, 9/11 will one day represent nothing more than a chapter in a middle school social studies book.
Today, I ask that you consider telling the little ones in your family about your personal experience 21 years ago this day. The memory of 9/11 is a flickering flame, and it falls on us to ensure it is never extinguished by the relentless gust of time.

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things: the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth a war, is much worse." - John Stuart Mill
Seventeen years ago today, I stepped off a bus in searing heat and felt the wrath of a Marine Corps drill instructor for the very first time. It was so horrifyingly memorable that the date 7/9/2005 will forever be ingrained in my mind.
I am deeply proud of my service to this great nation of ours, and I salute the selfless men and women who continue to fill the ranks of our armed forces so that we may enjoy the freedoms granted to us by God and codified by our forebears in the United States Constitution.

“Before God I believe that the hour has come. My judgment approves this measure and my whole heart is in it. All that I have, all that I am, and all that I hope in this life I am now ready to stake on it and leave off as I began. Live or die, survive or perish, I am for this declaration. It is my living sentiment and by the blessing of God it will be my dying sentiment.
Independence now, Independence forever.”
