The staircase inside the Kalifa’s warehouse is coming together. The crew is cutting, fitting and welding each section to make sure everything is solid before the final finish.

Every project starts with good steel and good craftsmanship. This one’s getting closer every day.

The steel is up. Now it’s time to close it in.

The crew is installing the exterior panels and bringing this renovation one step closer to the finished product. Every panel is measured, aligned and secured to keep the structure looking clean from top to bottom.

Finishing up the steel beams and putting the final welds in before the laminate goes on. Taking the time to get the structure right so everything that comes after is built on a solid foundation.
