Spring break Strength workout:

Glutes/Back/Chest:

Circuit 1: 3 sets
1. Squat + OH Press (12 reps)
2. Reverse Lunge R (15 reps)
3. Reverse Lunge L (15 reps)
4. Bent Over rows (15 reps)
5. Chest Press (15 reps)
6. Lay pull over + Ab Curl on bench Legs are in Table Top and they extend as you an curl + pull over a single Dumbbell (15 reps)

Circuit 2: 3 sets
1. Single Leg Dead lifts R (15 reps)
2. Single Leg Dead Lift L (15 reps)
3. Handled resistant band YTV back flies (7 sets)
4. Declined Push ups (feet on bench) (12 reps)

For scale I used 20 lb dumbbells for the entire workout. Go heavy to get your heart rate up but most importantly keep your form. If you don’t know Google it or message me. Good luck 🍀
