You have too many distractions which is keeping you from being committed, take it from a busy dad of three and a stressful day job but yet wake up at 4:30 am every morning and get my workout done!!

- Drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily
- Get your 8-10 thousand steps daily
- Getting the right amounts of sleep
- Training smart(Not spending an insane amount of hours @ the gym
- Change your Mindset about fitness, train your brain đź§  and set short & long term goals
