We’ve heard people say, “Just spray that stuff.” 🦠🫧☢️⚠️

We have over 25 years experience mitigating water 🌊and fire 🔥 damage in the Denver Metro area.

When we walk onto a property, we carry that wealth of experience and knowledge 🎓with us. If we’re doing our job right, we make it look easy.

We don’t set our prices, our industry standards are established by the IICRC and pricing is determined by insurance and industry professionals to determine fair pricing using a program called, Xactimate.

So, if it looks easy 👀there’s a lot more unseen work that goes on behind the scenes.

High alert for possible pipe bursts. We’re keeping a slow drip in sinks that are adjacent to exterior walls and open up those cabinets and let that warm air surround your pipes.

Or…

When it’s moldy, wet or your situation is dire, call Denver Flood & Fire 🔥 🌊

Let this serve as a reminder to watch out for frozen pipes!!!

We recommend a slow drip in the sinks where pipes are adjacent to outside walls, and open cabinets so that warmth from your warm home can help keep your pipes from freezing, breaking and causing an unwanted flood in your warm and cozy space.

Wishing you a happy, safe and healthy New Year.
