🏅Medal Monday 🏅celebrates two extraordinary women on two incredible journeys.

Catherine completed the NYRR Mastercard Women’s Mini 10k injury-free!! It was her longest distance race since being plagued by injuries for several years.

Amanda landed top 3 in her age group at the Princeton Triathlon… what a way to open her triathlon season on her birthday weekend, nonetheless.
