Plane Solutions is a premier provider of private aviation services. We have an opportunity for an aviation professional to join our team as either a Co-Captain or Second-in-command for a turnkey managed FAR Part 91 Citation XLS+ based in the Minneapolis, MN area.
The successful candidate will exemplify the traits and knowledge of a consummate aviation professional who will deliver the excellence in service and safety we promise our clients. This is a full-time, salaried position and includes competitive pay for this class of aircraft. Plane Solutions provides full-time employees with health, dental and vision insurance paid 100% by the company as well as paid vacation, PTO and 401K retirement account.
Minimum Qualifications - Captain
3,500 Total Flight Hours
1,500 Turbojet Aircraft
A Citation 560XL Type Rating is desirable, but not a requirement.
Minimum Qualifications – SIC
1,500 Total Flight Hours
500 Turbojet or turbine Aircraft
CE560XL Type Rating is desirable, but not a requirement.

Additionally, the following criteria must also be met by all successful applicants:
Possess current second class or first class medical, no drug or alcohol convictions.
Possess a current US ATP or Commercial pilot Certificate
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
Must be IOS and PC fluent, possess valid driver’s license, valid passport and eligible for international travel.
Must live within 1 hour commute time from base airport
Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds.
Crew will be required to perform additional aircraft related duties.
Successful candidates will undergo an employment history and criminal history background check. Additionally, Plane Solutions is a to***co and drug free employer and all successful candidates will undergo initial and random drug and to***co use screening.

Plane Solutions is focused on serving the precise requirements of private aircraft owners and users. However, once in a while we need to look outward and recognize the milestones and changes in our greater Aviation community. One such change is currently underway with the retirement of the "queen of the skies" - the iconic Boeing 747. To recognize and appreciate this sad but momentous event I am currently enroute to LAX to fly one of the final legs of one of the remaining 7 former NWA 747-400's before it joins it's sisters in the Marana, AZ "boneyard" .
