This guy must've hit the "message" button on an ad or post and then flipped out over our automated welcoming message (that he triggered) and then threatened us while claiming harassment. Literally have never had any interaction with him...Sadly this isn't uncommon. A few times a month we'll deal with people trying to argue with our automated messaging or claiming harassment because they hit a but that opened a chat with a welcome message.
