🚨 CAUGHT 🚨

On the first day of summer vacation, PO Shemeley saw a juvenile on his bike showing off good riding habits. As part of an ongoing program with 7-Eleven, "Operation Chill" rewards kids and teens for riding their bikes and scooters in a safe manner and with all proper safety equipment. Today, PO Shemeley rewarded this outstanding resident with a coupon for a free slurpee!
